Circle in the Square Theatre School is pleased to announce additional Virtual Audition Slots for our 2 Year NYC Conservatory, 6 Week NYC Summer Intensive, and 4 Year Joint BFA with Eckerd College. Located in the heart of New York City’s Theatre District, Circle in the Square Professional Workshop shares space with Broadway’s iconic Circle in the Square Theatre. Our program is designed to develop the complete theatre artist with classes built to allow students to explore the physical, intellectual and, emotional aspects of character development while gaining a deeper understanding of the business. Our goal is to bring integrity and craft to all areas of performance and launch our students into the professional world. 2 YEAR NYC CONSERVATORY Our Two-Year Conservatory located in New York City centers around the construction of the "Actor's Toolbox." The eclectic full-time curriculum is curated specifically to expose our students to a wide variety of materials, acting styles and viewpoints, resulting in the creation of a technique that is uniquely personal to each actor. The First Year of study focuses on the developing of technical skills and an understanding of the actor’s working process. The Second Year hones in on the professional actor, character creation, and professional performance. Acting and & Musical Theatre Tracks Available. Click here to apply 4 YEAR JOINT CIRCLE/ECKERD BFA Circle in the Square Theatre School has partnered with Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida and is excited to offer a choice of one of two degrees granted by Eckerd College; Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Theatre or Musical Theatre. Students will spend their first 2 years in St. Petersburg Florida on Eckerd College’s truly spectacular waterfront campus. In addition to the excellent academic programs offered at this innovative liberal arts and sciences school, students will take part in Eckerd's thriving theatre community centered around their Bininger Theater. Students will spend their final 2 years in the heart of New York City’s Theatre District at the Circle in the Square Theatre School studying alongside members of Circle’s 2 Year Professional Workshop.
