Students Can Earn College Credit With Georgetown

Georgetown University is pleased to announce that this summer, we’re offering two college credit-bearing courses as part of our Pre-College Online Program, with more on the way.

If you have high school students with a passion for biology or psychology, our college credit courses in these subjects could be a great fit. Each course features dynamic video lessons taught by renowned Georgetown faculty and includes access to and support from teaching assistants (TAs). Even better, the online format allows students to earn college credit from the comfort of their own home.

Learn More About Our College Credit Courses:

Biology: The Science of Cells and Innovation explains the relationship between cell organization and human disease. Students will discover how scientists use sophisticated microscopy to advance our knowledge of cells, and explore technologies that are opening a new vision for understanding our make-up at the cellular level.

Psychology: How The Brain Influences Behavior explores the science behind how your brain processes emotions, and how this can affect behavior. Students will get a primer on neuroscience, and explore what happens as the brain ages, the impact of drugs, and excessive social media.
