Seton Hall-Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine

The new Seton Hall- Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. As a Catholic school of medicine, we are interested in creating partnerships with our Catholic high schools around New Jersey. This summer at the NEW School of Medicine, we are hosting a 6-week health internship for rising juniors and seniors from underrepresented backgrounds who are interested in a health career. All participants will be paid $1200 and will receive hands on experience with physicians in a clinical setting, SAT Prep, CPR certification, and much more. Competitive applicants should have a

-          GPA of 3.0 or above

-          a letter of recommendation from a school facilitator

-          500 word essay answering, “ Why do you want a career in health?”
