The Office of Undergraduate Admissions at New York University is pleased to announce that the application for the 2017 NYU College Access Leadership Institute (NYU CALI) is now live!The program will take place from July 16th to July 21st.  NYU CALI is a five-day residential program for current high school sophomores and juniors that aims to demystify the college admissions process. The program will include workshops and small group sessions on a variety of topics, including: College admissions College entrance test preparation Essay and resume writing Interviewing and presentation skills Financial aid literacy  NYU CALI graduates become certified College Access Ambassadors and will act as mentors and advisers in their high schools by conducting their very own college application workshop. Successful applicants to the program are academically talented high school students from underrepresented communities in the New York metro area who demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities in their schools and communities. If selected, students are awarded a full scholarship to NYU CALI, and are only expected to cover travel expenses to and from NYU.
