NJACAC Virtual College Fairs (STEM & PVA)

Registration is Open!

Registration is now open for our Virtual College Fairs! Sign-up to virtually connect with colleges and universities from around the country for free 

During the Virtual College Fairs, you will have the chance to hear from many different colleges and universities, specific to majors in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and/or PVA (Performing & Visual Arts). You can choose which colleges you want to hear from by registering for their sessions. You can ask questions of the college representatives throughout the presentations too!

Whether students are looking to earn college credit, explore possible career paths, or learn from renowned faculty, the University of Miami Summer Scholars Program provides an authentic college experience to prepare high-achieving high school students for academic success.

START APPLICATION

The program’s three-week, credit-bearing option (for high school sophomores and juniors) and two-week, noncredit option (for high school freshmen, sophomores, and juniors) will be delivered in a synchronous, remote format for Summer 2021. The three-week option will run from July 4, 2021, to July 23, 2021, and the two-week option will run from July 4, 2021, to July 16, 2021.

How to Receive a $25 Application Fee Waiver*

When students enter the "GUIDANCE" waiver code on page 5 of the application by April 30, 2021, they can:

  • Reduce the cost of the application fee by $25
  • Secure priority in their preferred academic specialty
  • Receive their acceptance status earlier

Scholarship Opportunities Are Available

A limited number of scholarship opportunities are available for the three-week, credit-bearing program. Student’s should complete both the program’s application and the scholarship application by March 1, 2021, to be considered.

Current high school students and education professionals are invited to register for the 2021 Summer Pre-College Virtual Program Fair, taking place February 3rd, from 7:00PM to 9:30PM EST. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with representatives from leading US colleges and universities such as Stevens Institute of Technology, to learn more about Summer 2021 academic programs for high school students.

  • View helpful webinars on how to choose a summer program, how to strengthen your application, how to make the most out of your summer program experience.

Registration is FREE to all attendees. Limit one event registration per household.

The Association for Pre-College Program Directors is proud to present the 2021 Summer Pre-College Program Fairs, a series of virtual events that provide students and their families the opportunity to learn about academic summer programs at top US college and universities.
 
Representatives from Johns Hopkins Engineering  (Explore Engineering Innovation and Biomedical Engineering Innovation) will be at the fairs on:
At each fair, attendees may: 
  • Visit virtual booths, where you can ask questions via text or video chat with summer program representatives.
  • View helpful webinars on how to choose a summer program, how to strengthen your application, how to make the most out of your summer program experience.
Registration is FREE to attendees.
